Gary Shook Biography

I have been a Realtor for the last three years.  This is not my hobby, it is my full time passion.  In that short amount of time and in what many, if not all, have said to be a difficult market to increase market share and profitability, I have flourished.  For the last 15 years my background has been in business and customer service as a manager and an owner.  I have been successful by being available and providing the highest level of client care available.  With this said, without "YOU" the client, I don't have a business.  My knowledge of the Magic Valley from a continuous experience for the last 33+ years as a resident business man is a tremendous asset to YOU, my clients.  I can assist you whether you are looking for single family, passive income, multi-family, commercial, ag or recreational property.  So if you are looking for someone who is in the top 4% in production for our area as well as someone who will tell you facts instead of a "sales pitch", I'm your Realtor.
