Beth Brierley Biography

My name is Beth Brierley and I am an Associate Broker at Exit Realty Concepts.  I have been in real estate for approximately 5 years.  I began my real estate career in 2001-2003.  In 2003, I moved to Portland, Oregon where I attended Concordia University.  I graduated from Concordia, Suma Cum Laude, obtaining a B.S. degree in Accounting.  I worked in public accounting in both Portland as well as Twin Falls.  After experiencing the world of Accounting, I decided to re-enter the real estate arena.  I became the Designated Broker at Exit Realty Concepts in 2006. I held this position for 2 years. In this time I played a major role in building the office to what it is today. As of December 2008, Exit Realty Concepts is ranked 6th in sales volume in Twin Falls.  My duties as a Designated Broker involved managing and supervising the agents, recruiting agents, reviewing real estate contracts and managing the accounts receivables & payables.  I currently serve as a Director on the Greater Twin Falls Association Board of Realtors. 

In May of 2008, I decided to concentrate fully on selling real estate. I am now a full time Realtor, and I actively engage in a coaching program that is continuously challenging me to grow my business as well as my personal life.  As a result of my coaching, I am in the top 1% of Realtors on the Greater Twin Falls Association Board.  For 2008, I was recognized by Exit Realty Concepts as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.  I implement the techniques I am taught through my coaching and other trainings that I attend.  I am proactive when it comes to getting properties sold and finding the right property for the right buyer.
